COVID-ONE-hi is the database for COVID-19 specific humoral immune responses and clinical parameters. This database includes 2,360 serum samples from 783 COVID-19 patients.

ABOUT COVID-ONE-hi

COVID-ONE-hi (COVID-ONE-humoral immune) is based on a dataset that contain the IgG/IgM responses to the 21 proteins and 197 Spike protein peptides against the 2,360 COVID-19 samples. Besides, the 89 blood parameters of 2,360 samples and the information of 783 patients were integrated to the dataset. Further, COVID-ONE provided the dashboard for defining samples and then preformed a series of analysis for single group or pair group samples. Users just select the sample of interest and obtain a comprehensive analysis results after click START button.

In analysis module, the following steps are included.
